Membership

Want to become a member?

Membership is unrestricted and all members can vote at the AGM. All may register for classes and workshops and those with basic knowledge and the ability to work independently in any printmaking method may rent communal production space. Memberships are available to purchase on our webstore, over the phone, or in our office. All that is required is your up to date contact information and payment.

Membership Types

Annual Membership

Regular – $45
Student / Senior / Lower Income – $30

A membership includes:

  • 3 screen printed brochures featuring upcoming course, workshop, exhibition, and event information
  • 1 hand printed holiday card 
  • 10% off art purchases over $100
  • a reduced digital printing rate
  • participation in the annual members exhibition

A membership is required to:

  • register for course and workshops**
  • access digital and traditional printmaking facilities through open studio rental*
  • apply to artist exchanges when available
  • sell your prints on consignment (contact the Professional Programming Coordinator for details)
  • participate in the annual members exhibition
  • volunteer

Friends with Benefits for members of Platform Centre for Photographic + Digital Arts

Regular / Student / Senior / Lower Income – $25*
*please call or visit us in person if you would like the Friends with Benefits membership.

Gift Certificates

Gift Certificates are available in any denomination, and are valid for memberships (by providing recipient information), courses and workshops, digital printing, studio rental*, items in The Print Shop, Studio Editions and print works for sale.

Volunteers

Become a member and volunteer! Tasks may include, but are not limited to, assisting with exhibition openings, artist talks, special events, mailings, or screen printing brochures. Martha Street Studio continually recognizes its dedicated volunteer base. Volunteers receive credit that can then be used towards courses and workshop fees and/or studio rental.
