Sandi Howell, who has a Master of Education, and Master of Project Management from the Schulich School of Business at York University, and a midway Bachelor of Fine Arts, has retired from a notable career across Canada in adult training. Serving on numerous award winning projects for federal and provincial governments, managing several programs, and strategically advising management in post-secondaries, federal/ provincial governments and other provinces’ departments and projects, Sandi continues to consult on a variety of education and strategic projects. Throughout the decades, Sandi has also had a career in art. Her paintings, assemblage and fabric art are held in a number of private collections, and her photographs have been published. She currently engages deeply in community art and has run Artfest at Crescent Fort Rouge United Church since 2015 – a six week annual festival celebrating art and spirit.
